Arkansas got greedy… they could have kept Nutt forever… Nutt was in the conversation to replace Saban at LSU at one point…

Yeah, I think yalls main problem was inexperience at QB. At first, I was a bit worried when that new guy came in, but I figured he would have a quick spurt, then fizzle out because he was a freshman. The other guy that got hurt probably needs more experience too. Really, I think that is yalls main issue–QB. It seems this is a common problem for LSU. Yall usually have an awesome Defense and great receivers. Usually pretty good running backs too.
Yeah, your right. Houston is a good coach. I just wish he had a different last name, because opposing fans have fun with that one.
I don’t see why Arkansas let him go, because he led them to 2 or 3 SEC championship games, and that is a fairly big accomplishment for Arkansas.
The QB situation has been tough as well, but we have this kid from Texas coming in next year who is unbelievable. You can check him out here on youtube, Russell Sheppard. You just cannot win in the SEC without a solid QB. I can tell you this too man, if we have another season next year like we did this year, Les Miles will more than likely be hunting a job. We have far to much talent to let it go to waste. But I think he’ll get it together.
You guys definately got a good coach in Houston Nutt. He is one of the best big game coaches in the business, and has given Les Miles fits. I just think that Les Miles has to do some real rearranging with the defensive coordinators after this year. I know that we are young in our secondary, and our line backers are young as well, but we are capable of playing alot better than we have been. We will get it together for next year though and get back to playing Tiger football.
