College Football Saturday Alabama Crimson Tide at Tennessee Volunteers (+5) (7:45PM ET) (ESPN)
Alabama sits at #2 in the nation and they are the only undefeated team in the SEC as they travel to Tennessee. The Volunteers have struggled on offense averaging under 20 points per game. Tide QB John Parker Wilson has had a good history against Tennessee hitting on over 60% of his passes for over 520 yards in two games against them. Alabamas good running game gives them balance against the Volunteer defense behind star running back Glen Coffee who is averaging 7 yards per rushing attempt. And when freshman back Mark Ingram gets carries he is averaging well over 5 yards per rushing attempt. Alabama has played very well on the season away from home winning by healthy margin. Tennessee’s offensive struggles will continue against the 14th ranked defense in the nation. Take Alabama 5.
